OK, I just want to know how much you guys like Doctor Who. Let me start.
I'm almost 16 and watched the new series last year. Afterwards I thought "That was really good". I cried 3 times in POTW! I ended up buying the series on DVD, watching it about once a month. Then when the announcements for the new series came, I cut out the newspaper articles. I hung the front page of The Guide on my wall with all the Doctor Whos over the years. When our school had a mufti day where you go as someone from a TV show, I wore my dad's leather jacket and Christopher Eccleston's face! I created a 30 second Doctor Who animation (where Rose remembers the kiss) and a video clip showing Rose and the Doc holding hands, smiling, dancing, etc. I play it frequently to "Out of the Blue" and "She Will Be Loved". I also started writing a Doctor Who story set in Tudor England. I'll be getting the new series books soon, and just recently bought 9 of the old ones from my local book shop (that's all they had). My email address username is also i_luv_doc_who. Oh yeah, and every time I hear the words doctor, fantastic or time and space, my face lights up.
Your turn! |

I remember the repeats being on the ABC at around 6 o'clock when I was little- after the children's shows. I used to watch just the opening sequence because I thought that the music was cool.
Then when I heard last year that they were making a new one I really didn't care... until I was channel surfing when Rose was aired and I saw CE and recognised him from Gone In 60 Seconds and thought that him not bein evil and having no hair was hilarious. Then I got hooked, started taping it, watching the classic repeats at 6 o'clock weeknights, read every possible faq about the series on the net, paid about 80 bucks to go to the Inside The TARDIS thing last year to see Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy and the flaky woman who married Barry Crocker, bought all nine of the new series books that are released out here, started buying all the classic series dvds (only own about 5 so far, any recs anyone for my next purchase?), put icons on my phone for wallpapers, paid (got ripped off) $44 for a Big Finish audio. *breathes*
You know, being a sci-fi nerd is awesome.... maybe that's a good slogan for a t-shirt "Sci-fi Nerds Have More Fun" |

| I tried to get the background and ringtone for my mobile, but it's not compatible, damn it! I also pray for Doctor Who dreams every night. So far I've had 3. One involved me stopping time with a click of the fingers and giant evil genius snails, the next was what I like to call a "Doc Whomentary" and the third I had just last night. I can't remember a lot about it, but I believe Rose and the Doc "re-enacted" the "I think you need a doctor" scene from Series 1. |

Make that 6 dreams. My last 3 involved me trying to get home on a Saturday night before Doctor Who started, one where I found all this Doctor Who merchandise at Vinnies, and my last one was just a normal dream, but then for no reason at all a Dalek started chasing me. Good fun! |

I just finished painting me wardrobe like the TARDIS. I included as much detail as possible. For those of you who don't know, the sign on the TARDIS reads:
POLICE TELEPHONE
FREE
FOR USE OF
PUBLIC
ADVICE & ASSISTANCE
OBTAINABLE IMMEDIATELY
OFFICER & CARS
RESPOND TO ALL CALLS
PULL TO OPEN
So that is now written on my wardrobe. |

I've seen photos of a DVD shelf that's been designed to look like a TARDIS and when you open it, it reveals all the DVDs. That's pretty cool! Do you have any photos of your wardrobe or Doctor Who stuff?
I love Doctor Who so much that I want to build myself a replica Dalek. Out of cardboard probably, I'm poor and can't afford a real fibreglass replica. |

Okay, I can see this has kinda turned into a blog for me, but I can live with that. Here's my latest update.
My school diary is covered with Doctor Who pictures. They include:
Rose
The Doctor (9th)
A Dalek
Jabe
Rose and the Doctor holding hands
Rose and the Doctor pashing
Charles Dickens
The Doctor's head
Margaret Blaine
Jamie
A comic where Rose remembers the kiss and she and the Doc end up in bed together (I developed this into an animation)
A comic where the Doctor proposes to Rose
A really crap picture of the 10th Doctor
Rose with the Dalek. The Dalek is saying "What use are emotions if you will not save the woman you love?"
The Jagrofest (how do you spell that?"
A Slitheen
The TARDIS (exterior)
You may have noticed the theme I have going. I also have a page devoted to quotes such as:
"I'm so glad I met you"
"You're fantastic"
And moments such as:
Rose's smile as the Doc comes running in Father's Day
Rose's sadness as she's sent home in the Parting of the Ways
There are more, but I think you get the general idea. |

I'm making an entire series of Doctor Who as a fanfic for a film website. That's pretty insanely into it. And there's another series already promised. God.
Speaking of weird dreams, my cousin dreamt that the Doctor landed in his back garden, giants were attacking the Earth and everything seemed lost... my cousin asked "What do we do Doctor?" And what was the Doctor's powerful response? "We have to kidnap Mahatma Gandhi and roll him up in a carpet". |

| I had a dream where I was walking home from school to Currarong (thats about 30km) and these giant cacti were attacking me, anthony ailey (the master) and R2D2. And the master was running like he did in 5 Docs. And then we led a revolution or something but I cant remember. |

| Okay, I just had another dream. I was walking alongside James O'Loghlin (remembering that he's a fan of Doctor Who) and I told him I was a fan of Doctor Who. I don't recall getting a response. |

Just had another dream. We were in trouble and needed the 10th Doctor. We found him, but he was wearing these weird clothes. Someone asked "Is the 10th Doctor gay?" Then we were doing something, and we were joined by the Tin Man, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion. Interesting...
P.S. I don't know who "we" are.
P.P.S. Rose also kissed the Doctor like she did in The Impossible Planet, except it was a little lower and a little longer... |

| We need passwords to get into the school computers. My last 2 were "chrex" (i.e. Christopher Eccleston) and "fantastic". Now I'm using "badwolf". |

| I've become obsessed with Bad Wolf. I'll write on everything I see - blackboards, desks, my locker ... when I get a car it'll be my number plate. |
