For all you fans of Pat and Jon I belive this is without doubt one of the best re-edits. This is what audiences should have seen back in 69 and I was very much impressed but enough of my wittering.
Enjoy!

| As we all know, we never saw Troughton regenerate into Pertwee, or McGann into Eccleston. So, for all those people who get awfully concerned about what will happen when the Doctor's 13th life reaches it's end, the BBC can simply say 'The reason you never saw the regeneration is because it didn't happen - the real Doctor is alive, will be played by xxx and has [4 or 10] more lives to go.' |

Talk about writing a series into a hole.
A couple of lines of dialogue could end that all "12 regenerations" busness forever, and the show could just get on with it.
Let's just go with what Pat's Doctor said in epoisode 10 of "The War Games". |

Exactly and besides The Doctor isn't just any old Time Lord(McCoy) and the TimeLords are gone and so are their laws and ways. |
