Quite a fun episode and the title refers to Catweazle's plus a good guest star in Marcella Markham. |

| I recently saw episode 7 The Telling Bone which guest starred Brian Wilde who coincidentally and sadly passed away a couple of weeks ago on March 20. |

Just as The Time Meddler got released on DVD this month I have just seen Peter Butterworth in the first of two appearances he made on season 1 of Catweazle in the episode The Demi Devil. Butterworth than appeared in all 13 episodes of season 2 but as the different character of Groom.
In The Time Meddler, Peter Butterworth faced off against First Doctor William Hartnell.
In Catweazle Butterworth plays alongside another First Doctor, Catweazle himself Geoffrey Bayldon. Bayldon had played an alternative version of the First Doctor in the Doctor Who Unbound audios. |
