Now, I've no idea why it's got 3d animation, because it's definitely an audio series. And actually, the animation doesn't do it much favours - the Daleks look great, but "the Fearless" look like boring, stereotypical soldiers from sci-fi epic movies.

Still, this is Dalek Empire we're talking about, so I figure that this isn't at all how the series will really be. Oh, and I love the new remix of the theme.

Oops! It's not a new remix of the theme at all - it's the played right at the end of Dalek Empire III, which I realised after listening to the entire series again.

Outpost Gallifrey has reported that Maureen O'Brien and Noel Clarke has joined the cast of Dalek Empire IV. Maureen is playing a General while there is no information of who Noel will be playing.

Yeah, I heard that. Considering Mickey was basically my favourite thing of Series Two (god, I'm cruel), this is awesome news. And Maureen O'Brien playing someone hard will be worth the price alone.

Update on Noel's casting on Dalek Empire IV. Outpost Gallifrey reports that he will be playing a new character Kade a tough, hard-bitten soldier who is also the lead character in the series.
