The ABC will be showing the 2006 TV movie of Wind in the Willows featuring Matt Lucas (who had appeared in the Big Finish story The One Doctor), Mark Gatiss, Anna Maxwell Martin and according to IMDb the voice of Tom Baker albeit uncredited.
It will be on Sunday December 23 at 7:30pm. |

| This version of The Wind In The Willows was not bad but I won't say that it was great either. The performances were adequate enough and it is always nice to see Anna Maxwell Martin. According to IMDb, Tom was the voice of the Judge. Why the person playing the Judge, Michael Murphy did not use his own voice I have absolutely no idea. |

| I liked Mark Gatiss as Ratty, and the scene with Pan's pipes was beautiful, but the pace was really slow at first, then rushed at the end. It was also weird to see Mole sporting some Shannon Noll chin fluff. Personally I prefer the Monty Python version. |
