Not one of my favourite seasons, due to the unrelenting presence of the Master. Not to mention the Master. Who's our surpise villain? Not... the Master!
So I picked Terror of the Autons, from when he was new and - perhaps more importantly - I still get a little chill when I see daffodils.

Strange as it may seem, I feel that Colony in Space is the most atmospheric story of the season. Very creepy.
But how was the hair in this one hey?? |

I went for The Mind of Evil, but coming close second was The Claws of Axos - for the sheer mastery of the dialogue: "Furge-thangering muck-witchellers rock-throbblin' this time o' day. Ur bin oughta gone put thickery blarmdasted zones about, gordangun, diddenum? Havver froggin' law onnum, shouldnum? Eh? Eh? Arn I?"
Genius. |

| The Daemons. Quite eerie. Another one that chilled me a bit when I was a kid. Plus I thought the chracters were well developed. |

| As far as watching the actual episodes, I had to go with Terror of the Autons as well. I read The Daemons before I ever saw it and loved it, but the episodes didn't match up to my imagination when I finally saw it. |

The Daemons is all around brilliant, one of the best Doctor Who episodes ever.
I loved The Master (can you tell), though it was a shame he was in every episode for about 8 straight. |

| Well I had to go for Terror of the Autons because it introduces Jo Grant and the Master. |

This was a tougher choice than I imagined. In the end I went for The Mind of Evil, but The Daemons had some good moments, too. ("watch out, Doctor... it's the Attack of the Morris Dancers!") |
