received mine today.
two comic-stories, a couple of boardgames and some "fact sheet" type articles - this book will go to my son for his 8th birthday.
I hope they continue to print a "Storybook" each year - I'll purchase it and pass on future annuals. |

The Annual is now done by the BBC Children's Books/Penguin Books arrangement and the Storybook is done by Panini (who produce Doctor Who Magazine). Last year, Panini did the Annual, hence the radical difference. |

I found the comics a bit disappointing. The games were useful for my class though (Year 2). I'm in the process of converting them...
That "Which character are you most like?" thing was cool too... no matter how I do it, I'm always Captain Jack (is that a good thing?).
And the cover is very schmick! |

I'm most like K9 lol.
I didn't really like the comics either, but I did end up doing some of the craft stuff, which was interesting. |
