I voted for The Two Doctors as it has two of the best things in this season: Patrick Troughton and Frazer Hines.
Like every story in this season, it is heavy-handed, poorly thought-through and quite often acted in a terribly unsubtle fashion, but it was a true pleasure to see these two back in the show. |

I've only seen three stories from this season and I'd rank them:
1. Vengeance on Varos
2. The Two Doctors
.
.
.
73. Revelation of the Daleks
I won't know how the other three rank until the ABC screens them (in January I think) |

Revelation for me. And this season is VERY, VERY underrated. I prefer this to season 21 (apart from Caves of course).
Graeme Harper is the best thing to happen to the show in the 80's and who knows....he may be the best thing to happen to Doctor Who in the new millenium!!
Sawrds script is very harshly judged. However, it's different plote lines are as spokes on a wheel all connected to the central story. It just so happens that the Doctor on this occasion is one of the spokes, while Davros is the centre of the story, and indeed the star of this show.
I preferred this script from Eric 'I'm sick of JNT absurd ideas and want to do something interesting for a change' Saward over Robert 'Nobody does it better' Holmes this season. |

| I haven't voted yet since I have yet to see all of this season, but I'll temporarily say The Two Doctors is my favourite. Troughton is always fun to watch, even if he does spend his time unconscious or strapped to a table (or both). |

thanks Tom N.
usually when I profess my desire to observe people unconscious and strapped to a table they can't get away from me fast enough.
it is a comfort to know others share this interest... |

A very controversial season which brought about a 18 month suspension of Dr Who. Apparently too violent - but I think modern audiences will think it's a little tame.
I've gone for Attack of the Cybermen. Lytton is good, the two escapees on Telos were also very good. I remember watching this story in the high school library, on video fresh from the UK about 6 months before it was shown on the ABC. Loved it at the time. |

| Revelation of the Daleks. It had tension, chilling music and the plot of the story leads to a impressive final climax. |

| The two doctors for me. I thought all these were pretty good but having more than one Doctor and the Androgums puts this one over top I think. |

| Quite funny how a lot of people like the Two Doctors even though it is a story that Robert Holmes himself did not like. |

| Vengeance on Varos for me, I actually quite liked it (to my surprise). I nearly voted for the Two Doctors being a big Troughton fan, but him and Frazer are the only good things about it, as I thought it was otherwise awful |
