The Limo:
Surprise to see Ranjit as the limo driver.
I am with Ted, in hating Derek.
Looks like in the future Moby is forgotten. As it turns out this guy was Not Moby. Shocking when he pulls out a gun.
Why does this issue between Ted and Robin keep on coming up especially since we already know that she is not going to be his kids' mother.
7 made much about Beth being a serial hugger in its ad but ultimately in the episode itself nothing has been made of it.
I found this episode to be very sombre.

The Wedding:
Like Barney doing the voice of little Barney.
Who would have thought a simple invitation would cause a lot of trouble.
Somehow not surprise that Robin could not make it to the wedding.
Like Ted and Barney, definitely know the feeling of being single.
As Ted concludes his narration, we get the feeling that he finally meets his kids' mother but the preview seem to say otherwise.
Overall I enjoy this more than the previous episode The Limo.

Drumroll, Please:
Barney mentioned Indian dollars to the bridesmaid that he hooked up with. If it had been some other girl she would have known that Indians do not have dollars as their currency.
Ted and Victoria decides on a (non-sexual) one night stand. Of course Ted just couldn't stay away.
This episode was beautifully done.

Zip, Zip, Zip:
I quite like the bit of Robin and Barney playing in an arcade game. In fact the two of them hanging out together was quite nice to watch except when Barney misinterpreted the purpose of playing battlestar.
Also fun is Marshall and Lily in the bathroom.
Quite unexpected when Lily mentioned a Quantum Leap marathon. (Incidentally I would like to have a Quantum Leap marathon, specifically last episode of season 1 and all of season 2 as they are the only episodes I have not seen.)

Game Night:
Oh I wish we could have heard what Victoria's story was all about.
Quite a sad tale about how Barney became the way he is as now.
However despite Barney saying that he is quite happy with the way things turn out somehow I am far from convince of this.

Cupcake:
Love Marshall's lione about making negative $300 a week.
The first wedding dress that Lily tried on was pretty horrible.
So funny when Lily sat on the cake.
Love it how Marshall got to accept Barney's job offer.
Sad about Ted and Victoria parting.

I usually see the last five minutes when my brother's waiting for My Name Is Earl to come on. It usually ends five minutes late.

Yeah I watch My Name Is Earl as well.

Life Among The Gorillas:
This one was just OK.
I definitely did not like Marshall's new workmates.
My niece laughed when Marshmellow was mentioned.
Like the ending. Wonder what is going to happen next.

Nothing Good Happens After 2AM:
Took me a little time to realise that was Alexis Denisof as Robin's co-anchor.
Love the argument between Marshall and Barney on who is the liar.
Like the Korean Elvis.
Love the line of Lily saying that being right is her best and annoying trait.
This was very good although it was too bad and sad on the way it ended.

Mary the Paralegal:
Erin Bartlett (Mary) is gorgeous.
Didn't realise it until I read on TV.com about how Mary's law firm got its name:
"Mary the Paralegal says she works at the law firm "Douglas, O'Halloran and Stamp". These are the last names (Sarah Douglas, Jack O'Halloran, Terence Stamp) of the actors playing the three Kryptonite villains in Superman II. "
This would have been much better if it weren't for the stupid ending.

Best Prom Ever:
We got to see how Lily met Marshall.
Best part of the episode was when the security guards chased Barney after he grabbed the turtle head.

Last night I saw Cobie Smulders (Robin) quite surprisingly in the Andromeda episode The Heart of the Journey Part 1 on FOX8. She was a very pleasant surprise. She will also be in the concluding episode of this storyline which in fact is the series final for that show next week.

Milk:
Doctor Who wasn't the only one to celebrate a birthday yesterday as Ted also had a brithday in this episode.
Ted having turned 28 mentioned to his kids about a goat being at his 30th but says that is another story. Sure like to know what is that all about one day.
When Love Solutions popped up again I thought Camryn Manheim has returned but alas no.
Lost count the number of times Lily said mistakes.
Here we go again the Ted-Robin merry-go-around.

phase5- No frack you and you claim that I am God. Look who's talking?

Her appearance in the final Andromeda episode was very brief and in a few days I will be seeing her for the last time in a while as the first season of How I Met Your Mother ends on 7.

Come On:
The end of season 1.
In addition to Alyson and Alexis this episode feature another Buffyverse star Amy Acker although they do not appear with each other on-screen. Still it is always lovely to see Amy.
Shocked when Ted said that he is going to make rain.
Pause, unpause between Marshall and Lily is sure a fun way to control the flow of a conversation.
Ted seems to have got lucky but sadly it seems not for Marshall.
