After the great success of October’s Tavern the number for November’s were down, if you came on Friday 3rd November and found no one sorry but there was a table of us there.
Can anyone who comes along bring /wear something ‘who’ish (if you bring something it can be put in the middle of the table) so other people when they arrive will know where everyone has gathered.

Next Tavern is Friday 1st of December and January’s Tavern WILL BE on the first Friday.(ie Friday 5th January 2007!)

I didn't like my first and only (so far) Friday night tavern get-together because it was so bloody noisy it became an effort to communicate. For me the best part of that evening was when we went to the food court for a bit of a chat afterwards.

I am more into the video nights because I like to sit around watching TV while nibbling on umm.... nibbles, hehee.

I am not that into the whole convention and autograph hunting stuff, though it is nice to meet people with a similar interest. It would be nice to give Katie Manning (Jo, yeah?) a cuddle though. I would have come to today's Torchwood thing but I totally didn't even look in my diary!

I have inserted a photo (below) of myself so if I do manage to get to another tavern night - and you happen to recognise me - please grab me because I may not realise you are a Whovian.

If I am seated, you'll know it is our table because the perimeter will have been secured and a little Dalek will be on patrol on the table and ready to incinerate any foolhardy intruder. "EX-TER-MIN-ATE! EX-TER-MIN-ATE! EX-TER-MIN-ATE!"
