| After 1 and a half eps I'm sick to death of getting into the swing of a song only to have it predictably cut off. And that teacher bloke always makes lame jokes at inappropriate times. |

That wasn't a bad episode, and I'm enjoying McGann as a lawyer.
But something really disturbed me - did anyone else pay attention to the ad breaks?! In one of them, there was this Australian government supported ad that said things like "I've been raped" and "I've been pushed around by my husband", with the end of the ad saying "Talk to our confidential counsellors on this hotline. To violence against women, Australia says no..." Then suddenly, "NO, NO, NO! NO REPAYMENTS, NO... AT DOMANYE!"
Worse still, this happened TWICE. What the hell was the ad co-ordinator guy thinking?! |

Sounds like a tactful move to me. Though it's probably just a cooincidence, it sounds like something I'd do hehe. Subliminal messaging may be illegal but it looks like Ten is still doing it. I really really really hate seeing an ad then another ad and then a shortened version of the first ad. Seems unfair. |

Subliminal messaging? Ten?! Every ad I've seen for every show they're about to run says something like... "The unmissable episode... find out why hundreds of Americans tune into this show (like that's a big number). Haha. Though perhaps it is restricted to the ads, you're right.
I agree about what they do with shortening ads though. Bloody annoying. It's even worse when they do it for shows, too. Two ads for the O.C. after each other... ugh. |

Episode 5:
Very funny when Tamsin, Lydia and Callum were drunk.
Also very funny was when Nic in England mentioning to the probability group about the Brisbane Broncos and the Sydney Swans and a woman saying "the Sydney who?" I thought she would have reacted to the Brisbane Broncos instead of the other team.
Wow what a revelation about Lizzie's family. |

Episode 6:
Wow what an unusual place to have a wedding.
So funny when Nic asked the men at a meeting on catching a plane.
I have a sneaking suspicion on why Tamsin vomitted.
Baffled with the usual Big Pond ad saying that you can download the episode in time for next week's episode. Er... it is not on next week.
Also funny when Tamsin said that her life is a mess with Lydia responding that her mother would be proud of her.
Nice songs that was played in this episode.
What a surprise the boy that Jeremy and Annabel gets to adopt.
This is the season finale and I have heard that there will be a second season.
In the meantime we can listen to Paul McGann in his upcoming audio series of Doctor Who from Big Finish on BBC7. |

| When the woman said "The only thing I ever asked you was for a divorce" I could've sworn that Paul replyed "A request I should never have granted" except that his lips didn't move. |

Found out from the tv guide from the Sydney Sunday Telegraph that a second season has yet to be confirmed clarifying what have I said before. |

10 looks set to axe plans for a second season as a result of a dismal performance in the ratings in the UK:

I am saddened by this and coincidentally yesterday I mentioned at a tutorial that Tripping Over is the Australian TV series that I enjoyed the most. |

There's not much competition is there? Ha, and Tripping Over's part British anyway. Boy our homegrown TV is bad these days... I can only think of Thank God You're Here being worthwhile. Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone.
But yes, this is terrible news. No more McGann the lawyer *sniffs*. Almost as good as Klout the Lawyer (I've been listening to commentaries, if you get that reference). |
