Charlie,

the DWCA Shop page shows payment methods available for merchandise, which doesn't include PayPal. However, there's the capacity to pay be direct deposit into a DWCA account, which might suit you.

If you look under the heading of "Credit Card Payment" you will see that you can use Paypal.
