I just saw this pic:

It shows a character from the upcoming Dalek story, so if you don't want to know anything about it, stop reading now.
This thing looks like Scaroth, the last of the Jaggaroth to me. And I hope it's not an attempt by the production team to get out of paying Nation's estate royalties for using the Daleks. |

Nah, it's obviously a primitive Monoid. They grew out of the mouths later, and started wearing Beatle wigs to hide those unsightly tendrils. |
