| It's been reported in the News of the World in the UK, which makes it unreliable - but not necessarily untrue! |

I can see this happening. Kylie used Cybermen in her Sydney show recently. when she sang "Can't get you out of my head".
Apparently she's a Doctor Who fan. (Like, who isn't?).
The clip is on Youtube. Search for Kylie and Cybermen. |

I doubt you will find many American celebrities who are fans of Dr Who
Having said that, unless its akin to the Cyberwoman from the episode of Torchwood bearing that name, nobody is ever gonna recognise her anyway.
Although, err.. isnt she a tad small to fit into a cybersuit? |

| I also herd this on a payTV entertainment news filler. Doesn't sound so but is usually reliable. |

| It's been reported that Russell T Davies has refuted this rumour (reported at Outpost Gallifrey). The report includes that the next Christmas special hasn't been written yet, and that Kylie Minogue's schedule undoubtedly wouldn't allow her to appear in the timeframes that would be needed. |

| News at Outpost Gallifrey now seems to confirm that Kylie will be in the Xmas special this year after all. I'll be curious to see what part she plays. |

| It all leads to teh question - why did RTD deny it? Perhaps negotiations were still happening, and there's nothing worse that a leaked story about such an appearance before the negotiations are finalised. Or maybe she suddenly found the time...? |

Silly...
The first thing you get taught is to DENY EVERYTHING.
I believed it to be true even after he denied it. Kylie Minogue is going to go back into acting simply because I think she is getting tired of music. |

I don't wish to posit the blindingly obvious, but has Kylie EVER been about the singing?

She wont be a Cyberwoman.
It is quite obvious that she will be a singer or entertainer on the Titanic since that is where the episode is set, she will obviously be the Doctors Companion for the xmas Special. |

Her singing is not Sh**
It is the choice of songs she sings that are crap.
Early in her career I heard her sing several times without musical backing and she can sing perfectly, she could sing so much more meaningful and interesting stuff but instead she just decides to be a manufactured pop idol.
And no I am not a Kylie fan. |
