A reunion that was inevitable as Enrico Colantoni is reunited with his Just Shoot Me co-star Laura San Giacomo. Quite a nice reunion although I myself only saw a couple of episodes of that series.
Unfortunately for Aussie fans this was the last episode to be shown on 10 for a while. No idea when it will come back. |

Veronica Mars has been cancelled:

"Veronica Mars - After three seasons, the gal detective series is officially canceled. But CW's Dawn Ostroff is talking with Mars creator Rob Thomas and star Kristen Bell about possibly doing a new series for the network. It's unclear if the new show would relate to Mars. The deadline for deciding on a Veronica Mars-related series would reportedly be June 15, 2007." |

Checked with the tv guides and Veronica isn't back on said time. It isn't on next week either. |

The Nancy Drew TV movie will be shown on 7 again as the midday movie on Wednesday October 3. It would have been good if 7 had shown it earlier like when the recent big screen version was on in the cinema (although I myself wasn't able to see that version when it had its cinema run).
In fact curiously the rerunning of the movie on said date would be one year and two days since 7 last showed it! |

| Found out from Madds at Buffy Down Under that Veronica Mars returns on 10 from episode 3.5 on Friday October 26 11:05pm. |

Finished watching the Nancy Drew TV movie last night. Although the story is not spectacularly good it was still an OK time passer while waiting for Veronica Mars' return next week on 10. Also Maggie Lawson was very good as Nancy Drew.

I spoke too soon as 10 has changed its mind about bringing the show back next week:

No word on when it will be rescheduled.
It would have been good if 10 had at least showed one new episode before taking it off the schedule. Showing one new episode is making progress. Showing no new episodes is no progress at all. |
