SARAH JANE ANALYSED

With Sarah Jane Smith now having her own television series and she being voted favourite companion in the recent club survey it was time that the popularity of this character be analysed, researched, investigated and profiled.
The event will look at Miss Smith’s career from her first encounter with the Doctor, when she impersonated her aunt, through her journey’s inside the TARDIS onto her teaming up with K9 and then to her battles with the Slitheen.
As well as Sarah Jane we will also look at the person behind the character – Elisabeth Sladen.
There will not be one but two different activities for people to have the chance to win prizes, plus the usual door prize. As always, the DWCA Shop will be on hand selling Doctor Who merchandise, including a variety of Sarah Jane material.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The 500 series buses from the city (along George Street) and the 520 bus from Parramatta Railway Station (which passes Rydalmere and West Ryde Railway stations) goes past the club.
The 492 bus from Rockdale Station (which passes Kingsgrove, Campsie and Burwood Railway Stations) ends at the corner of Lyons Rd and Victoria Rd - a short walk to the club.
