I watched New Tricks last night and it was really Who related:

Dennis Waterman = his wife appeared in with Tom Baker in Dr.Who
Amanda Redman = At home with the Braithwaites
David Troughton = Patrick's Son
Lynda Bellingham = Trial of a Time Lord/2nd Mrs Herriot

then I watched Casanova and a show called Hustle that had Elton from "Love and Monsters"....how cool was that

Waterman, has worked with Pat 2-times; First in SCARS OF DRACULA
