Ooh, this thread had 79 replies... until I barged in to point out it had 79 replies. So I've just ruined my own good luck. Goddammit.

101. I was having a dream about being chased around by some psycho Kathy Bates character, then I managed to escape, but I got suspended from school for being late. Then I heard these songs that I thought would go great to some Doctor/Rose vids, so I wrote the song titles down. Alas, I awoke to find that nothing was written down. Perhaps those songs don't even exist Sad

No, it's just a number that spookily follows me around. Sort of an obsession I have.

I apologise - back to your dreams, good lady!

I'm now having visions of the number 79 crouching in the bushes making scary noises as you walkby...

Haha. I did say it's my sort-of-lucky number, not one I dread seeing. It's just one I see patterns in.

For a quick example - my favourite Doctor is Paul McGann. For the public, he barely counts as a Doctor. So, like that old and crap joke, 7 8 9. So without 8 there, 79.

Wait, that's not lucky. That's horrible. Hmm.

Er, yeah, I'll just stop it now. Sorry.

It was 'spookily follows me around' that led to it making scary noises...

Even if you hadn't ruined your luck Sulp, sooner or later I would have had another dream and ruined it for you. This happened last night:

102. Someone was chasing the 10th Doctor. They knew he was a Time Lord (or as they asid, a Time Man) but he didn't know them or how they knew it. I never got to find that out, as suddenly it became a Heroes dream. Me, my neighbours, a girl I know who's always trying to make me go to church/youth group/Christian camp, people from Neighbours, Drew Barrymore and possibly Cameron Diaz (don't know if it was her) suddenly got extraordinary powers. When the enquiries for the people in Neighbours were going on, Harold asked if Torchwood was going to be involved.

103. There were 3 kids travelling with 10 and Rose on the TARDIS. These were either their kids or kids they just picked up. Either way, the Doctor and Rose didn't seem to have any trouble showing their love towards one another.

I've been having quite raunchy dreams recently. I'm pretty sure this ties in with my study of Casanova.

You know though, your suggestion got me thinking, and I reckon it could make a great Doctor Who episode in Series Four. '42'? How about '79' instead? Now that would be awesome*.

*as in, horribly terrible.

Oh god, just wait until you see Secret Diary of a Call Girl then. I suspect they'll get even raunchier. Assuming that's possible. Smile

104. The 10th Doctor was wearing a new suit. It had a big, fat, really unattractive tie.

105. Matilda (of the Roald Dahl book) was running away from someone. She got into a big metal ship. Then suddenly I appeared beside her. As the ship took off, we remarked that it sounded just like the TARDIS.

106. It had 10, Martha and Donna. The Doctor met Donna again, and after accidentally insulting her or something he got slapped. Then they were all together having a conversation, and the Doctor had a mini ramble to himself about getting to the parallel universe and how it would require a lot of power. Then he and the others were at the dentist. It turned out he had a tooth condition that had been wiped out for years. I think he must have been a bit out of it, because he accidentally smashed the dentist's framed certificates, including his graduation one. Martha apologised.

I always love reading the dreams that I've written down at 4 a.m. It's amazing that I can read my own writing!

107. I was talking to my brother about The Sideshow, which he got to go to last night (BTW I also had a dream that Paul pashed Claire!). Then we stopped talking, and I looked at my Maths textbook. Right on the page was a little scenario about a Dr Essa and his companion. His companion was waiting at R____ ____ River (can't remember the rest, but I think you get the idea), when right in front of her, Dr Essa's machine the Tardas appeared out of nowhere. It had a diagram and everything! The thing is, the Tardas looked like a squiggly drawing of baby Jesus. Anyway, I screamed to my brother to look at the book ... then I was woken by my dad Sad

The funny thing is that my Maths book does actually make references to popular culture. One rememberable scenario featured a Mr E. Cartman of South Park!

108. I was in school, and there were some weeping angels. I told everyone just to ignore them and they would go away.

I'm sure there was more to that dream, and I may have had another dream, but I can't remember.

I can't stop 'em coming!

109. This was just a normal dream (well, as normal as you can get for me). I think I was in the city, and through the crowd, I swore I saw the Doctor, the TARDIS, and possibly Martha.

111. 10 and Rose were in a weird forest. The people aruond them were walking around like zombies. The Doctor explained that the trees were like magnets, drawing the people towards them. After the people reached the trees, they became evil.

112. Got a lot of info for this one. After 10 and Rose encountered some force, Rose was transported into an early Gameboy console (I think 10 was controlling her). From that point the view I saw was as if looking down on the screen. It had no colour, and really simple 2-D graphics. Rose remarked that it was like Pacman. There was a big wolf, so Rose's character turned into a wolf and scared it away (bad wolf?). She changed back, and the Doctor was so pleased that he made her jump up and down. Then there was a grumpy old man who was leaving complaints strewn about, which Rose had to 'sweep up'. Eventually she got out of the game, and the setting was suddenly my school oval. I had taken on the perspective of Rose, who started walking away, when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned to see the Doctor, who started talking to her. He was about to tell her something important when I was woken.

This is actually the second Doctor Who dream I ever had. I don't remember it at all, and wouldn't have if I wasn't looking through the diary I kept last year:

113. The 10th Doctor was in Cheers and speaking to the regulars in different languages.

114. All I remember is that Sarah Jane was there.
