I have been wondering, I would like to write to Lalla Ward and would it be able to be sent through the BBC?
For example, make the address for:
Lalla Ward
c/o Doctor Who
BBC Television...
If I did this, would it get to her? Because I would love to get an autograph from the one person who made me want to start watching Dr Who. |

I'm afraid that won't work as Miss Ward only worked for the BBC and is not currently employed by the corporation or has any current link with the Doctor Who department.
While I'm sure there would be a mile long of requests for say David Tennant, Freema Ageyman or Catherine Tate autographs I'm certain the BBC would not be able to meet the demands of hundreds of fans and children.
Big Finish is also no help as their relationship with Lalla is part time and simply based on when they have a script for her.
Your best bet is to find out who Lalla's agency is and write to them OR meet Lalla in person at a convention etc.
