Hmm! Just been reading about The Doctor & Rose and I admit to liking the whole situation Smile

I have been a fan for many years, going back to when I was young and watching Tom Baker ( & his taste for jelly babies) and have been a fan ever since and was so unbelievably happy when the series came back in 2005.

I know the Doctor is about aliens but then again, lets face it, there has never been a Doctor like David Tennant Wink and I am sure thats why RTD will use him and his appeal as much as he can and while he can (which I hope is for a very long time). Its all good and as long as Doctor Who is on the telly and if this also means bringing more appeal to this already brilliant show by increasing the audience, well go ahead....thats just my opinion anyway! As long as Doctor Who isn't totally over come by a love story, which will never happen, I am quite happy with the whole Rose/Doctor/Martha scenario Cool

And like Ickabod said, if DT was around well Very Happy

Wait... are you saying the other Doctors aren't attractive? What about Peter Davison? Or Paul McGann? Or... uh... Colin Baker...?

Hmm, well I did like Peter Davidson when I was younger and he was my fave Doctor from back then.... Smile

And to me, no I did not find the others that attractive, but David Tennant has certainly got that something and I am sure thats why RTD is playing on that, which is a very good thing Cool

^I agree with Stargirl....I had a soft spot for Peter Davison and seeing both him and DT was fantastic...Paul McGann was ok but there wasn't enough time to get into him......but DT......hmmmmm with a little bit of Captain Jack thrown in would be brilliant Wink

Yes Capt.Jack - I shouldn't forget him Wink

(He was in the audience dancing and singing to Take That in "An Audience with Take That", which aired here on Sat Foxtel Bio) I love TT and to see him there, I was like "look, Captain Jack" - great taste Very Happy

A quote from Doctor Who: Creatures and Demons:

"... you can see how the Doctor, too, has moved on - from one incarnation to the next regeneration, from his unstated, unstatable love for Rose Tyler to his growing friendship and deep respect for Martha Jones."
