As reported on DoctorWhoNews.com Chris Eccleston will be in the movie version of GI Joe as Destro COBRA's arms dealer and love interest of the Baroness.

The movie will be an origins story and will be released on August 7 2009.

Just found out that the subtitle for the film is Rise of Cobra.
