The 7 Doctors (Suggested Title) 201 231108 By Terrance Dicks
Rumoured that an extra special story will be written for the 45th anniversary to be broadcast on the 23rd November 2008 starring Sylvester McCoy, Paul McGann, Peter Davison, Colin Baker, Tom Baker and David Tennant with special appearances by other guest actors (Eccleston?). Alternately this special may appear as a Children in Need extravaganza. With Peter Davison and Tom Baker confirming they would return for a cameo if asked, this is looking more and more likely. Fingers crossed!

This would be great to see but only Time will tell if it does go aheard, let's hope it's not just another rumor & that November comes around quickly Very Happy

I'd be more inclined to believe that it's really just a rumor.

The sylvester McCoy site probably isn't to be trusted. These appeared at the end of series 3 as "exclusive information" for season 4.

Quote:
Season 4
Voyage of the Damned
1h Christmas Special by Russell T Davies
The Titanic crashes into the TARDIS just as it is dematerialising. The Doctor finds that time is being manipulated by some spikey aliens called Porgs and he gets the help of a young waitress aboard the Titanic.
It is about to leave on its maiden voyage so the adventure will probably continue until the ship strikes the iceberg. Hmm. Does this mean that the iceberg was really a space ship or that the invasion of these aliens actually caused the ship to crash? Can't wait!
Stars Hugh Grant as a Villain

401. Fires of Vulcan II
Donna Noble encounters an alien emergency in London and there's only one person she knows of that can help her. But what has ancient Rome got to do with anything? A quick trip to Pompei when Mount Vesuvius is about to explode. Can they save all the people?

These were deleted after the episodes were shown, presumably to save face.

There is more, much more ridiculous if you want it... these were taken straight from the site last year.

We here rumours about Doctor Who from the British press all the time. Some of them are genuine leaks, some of them are completely made up.

Doctor Who sells - or, at least, attracts people to your web-page. You then have better sales/hit figures, which means you can charge more for advertising (because you reach a bigger audience).

All rumours should be treated sceptically, but never forget that some of them will be genuine leaks, so dismissing them all out of hand isn't wise, either.

It's probably worth mentioning that whilst some of the rumors on the Mccoy site were way off base some of them were in fact pretty dead on. The further in the future you got the more imaginative the rumors got. You can't trust anyone to get it 100% right even the writers of the show will change things at the last minute, show's get bumped, cast gets changed, writers don't come through with scripts there are hundreds of reasons this might happen. Rumors are just rumors like Greg said you have to take them with a grain of salt or sometimes a salt lick.
