The Day of The Daleks by a mile.
The Ogrons are scary, neither UNIT nor The Daleks are overused and the story is BRILLIANT

Day of the Daleks for me. It's always been a favourite, although Peladon would be next on the list.

I went for The Sea Devils, purely for sentimental reasons - it was the first Doctor Who video I ever bought. Crying or Very sad *sniff*

The Curse of Peladon comes a close second.
