What's your favourite story in the last Davison year?

PS - this is the last 'favourite story poll', because there's nothing to like after this one.

PPS - OK, I'm only joking, but I'll be away for a few days and so Season 22 should appear on Sunday night.

Caves is the stand out not only this season but the entire Davison era. Davison is at his best, Peri not too annoying and Sharez Jek is the best villain since Harrison Chase.

Hard to believe it all went off the rails with the next story....

I don't remember The Twin Dilemma at all, but I'm voting for Androzani anyhow as I doubt I'll prefer it when I do see it.

Kerr Avon: You don't want to remember The Twin Dilemma. Most of us paid out huge money to have the memory permanently excised. Smile

I've followed the crowd and voted for The Caves of Androzani - it's just better than the rest, there's nothing more to add.

Gargh! I can't keep up with all these polls!
I haven't seen all of Season 21 (the ABC hasn't got up to it yet), but I doubt anything could be better than The Caves of Androzani - it's just too good.

Yes Caves for me.....of course!! Second fav next to Talons, primarily because of the depth of character in the villain. You can really empathise with the guys motives, rather than the run of the mill sci-fi megalomaniac.

I too had to go for Caves of Androzani - great all round story. Sad to see Davison go.

Um, well I can at least be glad that you didn't sympathise with Sharaz Jek's motives, Dwayne.

Well, thank goodness I bear absolutely no resemblance to Nicola Bryant, then!

I... well, I'm speechless.

I would never have thought anyone would mistake the wonderful Pupshaw for Nicola Bryant.

I will have to go and have a good lie down to recover (plus it's after 1:00 - thanks, daylight savings!).

Well watching the old doctor for the first time these past two years I was just blown away by how good Caves was. I actually got an emotional response.

Caves sort of reminds me of phantom of the Opera

Caves was the best for me. Interesting that no-one has gone against the grain in this poll!
