The other 'big' alien race of Who... which of their stories appeals to you the most?

I'm skipping cameos on TV, and non-TV appearances.

Earthshock. Although I did briefly consider Moonbase.

Revenge of the Cybermen. It was the first time I had seen the Cybermen as a kid and I thoght they were very impressive plus I really enjoyed that 4 story arc, Ark in Space, The Sontaran Experiment, Genesis and Revenge.

I don't think I've seen all of those, but I think I have to go with Revenge of the Cybermean

I'e added the pinnacle of cyber-stories to teh race - I'm talking about Tomb, which basically cemented the ideas of Cybermen from the earlier stories and which all later stories tend to emulate in one form or another.

The Invasion for me, but only just over Tomb with The Tenth Planet also in consideration. I really dont like any of the Cyberman stories after this one, and I love The Brigadier and UNIT, so this one just edged out the superb Tomb

I voted for Tomb - but only just. Great story despite 1960s TV technology and effects.

A very difficult selection to make, as 10th Planet, Tomb and Invasion rank very highly for me.

But my vote goes to The Wheel In Space , to my mind easily the 'creepiest' Cyberman story. And my favourite Cyber-costume and Cyber-voices.

The Tenth Planet. GO BILLY!!!
It's also when Hartnell left.

It's the only time when the voices are done properly. It really freaks me out when they speak. How ever apart from the face they are pretty lame, I think.

I haven't seen the last one though so I can't really judge it properly.

Which reminds me, I cant wait to see the Cybermen in the new series. Daleks, Cybermen, I wonder if we will see Zygons, Sontarans, Silurians, or even the Great Intelligence?
