So that say's it all about the '6th-Doctor character doesn't it!

And should explain why everthing went Downhill after that...

If you're trying to be derogatory with this comment then you've succeeded, albeit in an unintelligent and childish sort of way.

You can't be a fan of the new series or Big Finish if you have a problem with GAY people being in creative control.

I didn't say this was Good or Bad... In my sense it just explains a few things!

As for BIG FINNISH, it's ok, & as for the NEW SERIES, i treat that like wine, meaning it needs time,

`But that BIG BROTHER thing, that was done in the New Series was a mistake Exclamation

I'm not sure how anyone would interpret 'everything went Downhill' as being 'Good', so as far as I can see you did say it was 'Bad'.

So using JNT's sexuality as reason to form the conclusion that the show was going 'downhill' ISN'T saying it's good or bad?...........hmmm ok......

The Big Brother thing though was not a mistake.......RTD fully intended to have it in there. Smile

Having re-watched the story, I think Chesene would have been an excellent ongoing enemy of the Doctor.

I think Jaquelin Pearce was still too typecast as Servalan at the time for her to have an ongoing role with Dr Who. Come to think of it I never saw her in anything AFTER this episode of Doctor Who.

I think it will be a few seasons before they decide to build up a new major enemy of the Doctors. These first couple of seasons will be akin to nostalgia type seasons. Setting up the character sure, but using one old concept a season to create the links for the new viewers.

I have to admit, I have resisted the temptation to go to each and every post ever made by 'The Master_BeyondTheGrave' and replace it with words for him to declare himself to be a stupid ape. But that would be rude and nasty, wouldn't it?

Instead, I'd just like to thank 'The Master_BeyondTheGrave' for being our GAYest forum member. He obviously enjoys being GAY, since he just can't stop talking about it.

You want proof? I hereby exclusively reveal that 'The Master_BeyondTheGrave' is really an anagram for 'Hes me GAY bed tart hen voter'.

I see a comedy icon of 1970s Australia, Mr Graham Bond dressed as his most famous character, Aunty Jack.

I was looking to change it, but I guess I'll be keeping it for a while longer.
