Maybe he's recommending that Tony Blair be put in stocks because he feels it's rather a nice feeling? Surely his wrists must have congealed to the shape of cuffs by now?

More seriously though, it makes me feel really weird seeing a former Doctor voicing opinions about Tony Blair (just as hearing Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke add live lyrics about not trusting Tony made me squirm). Maybe he's going to bring down Blair and Harriet Jones in one stroke?
