Flicked over to Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason last night, and found quite a few Who stars:

Jim Broadbent (the Doctor in Curse of the Fatal Death)
Hugh Grant (also the Doctor in Curse of the Fatal Death)
Colin Firth (Vural in The Sontaran Experiment)
Shirley Henderson (Ursula in Love & Monsters)
David Verrey (Joseph Green/Slitheen in Aliens of London/WWIII)
Shirley Dixon (voice of Skragra's ship in Shada)
Jessica Hynes (Joan Redfern in Human Nature/Family of Blood)

I think that's all.

Looking through the cast list there was also Lucy Robinson (Frau Clovis in New Earth) and Ian McNeice (who contributed to Doctor Who by appearing in the Paul McGann BBC7 radio adventure Immortal Beloved).
