I've picked the shortest story of the season. This is one of the few times when longer stories didn't always feel unduly padded, but still...

I chose Silurians.

Ambassadors comes a very close second but my choice scared the willies out of me as a kid.

The Ambassadors of Death! Ambassadors Ambassadors ra ra ra! Death! Hooray! Hmm...

It's an under-rated story, but I think it's great.

Spearhead From Space. The Autons scared the crap out of me when I was young plus I found the other stories in this season to be a little boring. But that's just me Smile

Spearhead for me too. I quite enjoyed Perwee's first appearance as the Doctor, and the Autons are very memorable.

I went for Spearhead as well. The others are all great, but 7 episodes is a bit much for me. Dummies + shop windows = classic Who.
