I think that Peladon was always interesting. I loved the blend of technology and the medieval.

When did he visit Metebelis 3 apart from in Planet of the Spiders? I don't remember him actually getting there in any other stories.
Another one for the list is Telos.
Anyway my vote was for Mars, mostly because Waters was so good! Saying that I did enjoy the Classic series Mars stories.

Oops, forgot Telos. Will add. (It's probably me trying to blank Attack of the Cybermen from my memory.)
The Doctor was on Metebelis 3 briefly in The Green Death episode 1...
